Gerry Fitzpatrick has provided unparalleled leadership at RE/MAX Southeast since he bought the company in 1985. Since that time, he has built the business into one of the most successful office agencies in the nation, leading the Denver Metro market in sales volume for the past twenty years. “I work hard to keep this office number one in every way,” says Gerry. “At RE/MAX Southeast, we pride ourselves on providing the perfect environment for associates to flourish and grow their business. I am passionate about their complete success.” As an involved, accessible Broker/Owner, Gerry’s door is always open. Gerry is the recipient of numerous awards for RE/MAX Southeast performance and achievements. He gives back to the industry by serving in various capacities on the Denver Board of REALTORS®, METROLIST, RE/MAX International, Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Zoe Sawyer joined the RE/MAX Southeast team in 1985, working her way up the corporate ladder by learning all facets of the real estate industry. She filled every staff position, from receptionist to escrow administrator, to office manager and accounting manager, to sales associate and Broker Manager. As a result, Zoe brings valuable skills to the management table. She sees both sides of the business, from the corporate/profitability point of view and from the associate’s perspective. “I let nothing stand in the way of the happiness and success of my associates,” says Zoe. “We do everything possible to see that our associates are represented well and taken care of. Teamwork, integrity, accuracy and enthusiasm matter to us.”
